Basement Waterproofing & Foundation Repair in Cleveland, Ohio

“From the start, Jake was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. Workers (Gabe and Team) were very respectful of the house and kept our garage door shut every time they went in and out due to having cats who would like to escape. Job was done in 1-1/2 days, basically waterproofing an attached well pump room. Will see in the future if the problem is solved but by the quality of work completed I would expect 100% success. Thank you!!”

“We had four beams installed in our basement and are happy with the entire process. There was open communication throughout the project. We felt informed and like we were active in the decision-making process. We are satisfied with the quality of the work, but what really stood out was the professionalism and extra attention to detail from the crew.”

“I highly recommend the Summit Basement Company. The project was quoted at a reasonable price and was completed in a timely manner. The owner and team were professional and stayed in communication during the entire process. They were patient and understanding when it came to answering any questions I had. Our home has a new foundation that is safe and secure. Thank you!”

“Summit Basement did an excellent job! Jake and his team walked me through the whole installation before and after, answered my questions. Jake was straightforward and don’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. The pricing was unbeatable. The team worked very hard and completed the job in one day. They went out of their way to protect all of our stuff in the basement. Highly recommend!!”

“Extremely happy with the end results of our project. It is very relieving to know we don’t have to fight water in our basement anymore. Jake was very helpful from start to finish. Tevin, the foreman, and his team consisting of Dave, Clay, and Matt, were a complete pleasure to have here while they were working on our project. They were all very professional and answered any questions I had along the way.”

“I wanted an Egress window installed in my basement and chose Summit Basement Company because of the attention to detail and thoroughness – they did not disappoint! Each and every guy on the team was professional, respectful, and expert in their craft of installing these windows. Money well spent!”

“My experience with Summit Basement Company was incredible. We were dealing with some concerns brought up by other basement waterproofing companies and blew our situation up into a “nightmare scenario”, throwing my family into a panic. Jake Rasho drove a long way to come take a look and provide perspective on our situation. It was not a situation that needed panic, but provided solutions he felt we could benefit from. Outside of his personable interactions, he never pressured a system that was way outside the budget and needs of my home.”
